Who is the course suitable for?
This course is for anyone who has always wanted to take a look behind the scenes of a fine patisserie.
Whether you're a hobbyist, an apprentice, or a professional, you'll learn everything you need to know about these sweet creations through direct discussion.
How much does the course cost?
The course costs €105.00 per person starting January 1, 2024, and can be paid either via the online shop or directly on site in cash or by card.
Vouchers for a cake-making course (including those for courses already purchased) do not expire and may incur an additional charge.
If you want to give the course as a gift, you can also purchase a patisserie voucher for a certain amount and bring it with you on the day of the course.
What is being done?
In about four hours, we'll create a variety of tarts and petit fours from scratch, which you can then easily recreate at home with a few tricks from the pros .

Information about the process
We begin the course at 2:30 p.m. at the Löwen and take you into the holy halls...our bakery.
There we first toast with a glass of sparkling wine.
Then the fun really begins (: in about four hours we will make decoration and sponge cake mixtures, mousse, and cores for the tarts and sweet petit fours.
Of course, there will also be a short break with refreshments before we finish and decorate the cakes together , and you can then pack them up for transport home (or whatever is left over after snacking ).
